Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop and execute project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive project progress to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology or IT environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, coordination, and execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
Onsite in London as required, travel to customer sites outside London to be reimbursed.
