Back End Developer

Role: Back End Developer

Duration: 6 months

Location: Hybrid – London 2-3 days

Rate: Market Rates (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to grasp and understand both technical and business aspects, enabling strategic technical decisions that impact multiple teams or entire departments within engineering while delivering solutions that delight the business/product.
2. Oversee multiple projects or cross-functional efforts within engineering and provide leadership in the teams/squads.
3. Work closely with enterprise/solution architecture stakeholders to write the application architecture design for the solutions and guide/mentor the technical leaders of the squads within Frontend Engineering to design and architect scalable and reliable solutions meeting business needs.

Skills:

• JavaScript: Efficient runtime for building server-side applications.
• TypeScript: Open-source programming language superset of JavaScript with additional features.
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE): Managed service for deploying and scaling containerized applications.
