This position is a mix of 2 jobs split out over the week, days covering each position may vary from week to week depending on the courses booked. It will entail the position of an office administrator and an Invigilator.
Office Assistant Duties:
- Emailing from our database reminders of courses coming up
- Providing dates and prices for the courses required
- Corresponding via email and phone with our customers
- Ordering consumables required on a weekly basis, such as stationary/janitorial
- Printing documents / binding them
- Filing
- Any other Ad hoc duties as and when required
Invigilator Duties:
- Ensure fair, secure exam conditions
- Help setting rooms up for exams
- Managing Candidates
- Distributing Papers
- Preventing Cheating
- Maintaining a quiet professional environment
- Checking current certificates are in date for the course
- Checking all paperwork has been signed
- Liaising with Assessors
