We are looking for a Mediation Officer (qualified to deliver SEND Mediations) to join our Mediation team. The aim of the role is to deliver mediations and advice and guidance calls (sometimes referred to as MIAS calls) as well as offering general support to families throughout the process.

Whilst the role will be based at our head office in Martlesham Heath, Mediations are predominantly held online and therefore remote working will be accommodated. We are happy to consider working hours between 15 and 37.5 hours per week depending on applicant availability.
