Today, we are expanding our leadership team and looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region to drive growth and lead our sales efforts. This position reports to the Global Sales SVP and is a key member of Anglepoint’s sales leadership team.

As the VP of Sales, EMEA, you will:

Be a key leader in the EMEA region. As such, you will be expected to lead in the following areas:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to drive revenue growth, pipeline growth, and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, including sales representatives and SDRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, and monitor progress to ensure team success.
  • Forecast effectively and accurately.

Business Development:

  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying and targeting key prospects across the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.

Account Management:

  • Oversee account management efforts to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Ensure the sales team provides exceptional service and value to clients, positioning Anglepoint as a trusted advisor.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent to build a world-class sales organization.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to enhance team performance and professional growth.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on regional performance and market opportunities.

Success in this role is measured by:

Increases in revenue bookings and pipeline in the EMEA region, aligned with company targets and regional/global objectives.

Who you are:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the ITAM, technology, or professional services industries.
  • Extensive experience managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on new business development, account management, and SDR functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
