As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic business growth across the EMEA region. This individual contributor position is ideal for a commercially driven, revenue-focused professional who excels at identifying and securing new opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and expanding market presence. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including lead generation and client acquisition
  • Develop & qualify inbound & outbound leads provided by SDR team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract development with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, finance) to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the Revenue team

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of services sales, licensing, or IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive outlook
  • Proven sales record in the tech industry
  • Strong analytical, research, organisational, issue identification, prioritisation, resolution and report writing skills
  • Experience in managing complex enterprise deals and long sales cycles
  • Responsible, accountable, & proactive self-starter and self-learner
  • Results-oriented and success-driven
  • Flexible & adaptable, ability to handle a stressful and fast-paced sales environment
  • Possesses and demonstrates creativity, decision making, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to execute decisions at the executive level
  • Willing to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20%
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
  • Familiarity with the IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management industry
  • Proven experience in selling IT managed services to enterprise-level organisations
