About the Role:

Anglepoint is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee ITAM Program Transformation and Operations delivery across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role is responsible for delivery performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of Anglepoint’s ITAM programme services.

You will manage delivery teams and client engagements to ensure ITAM programmes deliver measurable business value, efficiency, and quality while maintaining alignment with our global standards and frameworks. Working closely with senior stakeholders and client service leads, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of ITAM services, focusing on process optimisation, automation, and scalable delivery methods.

As a Manager, ITAM Program Transformation and Operations you will:

  • Contribute to client delivery by leading workshops where needed, supporting delivery activities, driving programmatic improvements, and applying rigorous QA to enhance delivery materials.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of project delivery UK, APAC, and EMEA clients, ensuring quality, scope, and satisfaction.
  • Lead delivery planning, tracking, and risk management across multiple engagements.
  • Monitor utilisation, client satisfaction, and delivery performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Coach and support delivery consultants, promoting accountability and collaboration.
  • Drive standardisation and process improvement across regional ITAM delivery operations.
  • Implement controls and reporting mechanisms aligned to global project management and delivery governance frameworks.
  • Drive operational excellence by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting continuous enhancement initiatives.
  • Work with team leaders and service product owners to refine how we deliver ITAM services.
  • Recommend improvements to service design, templates, and tools to increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Shape KPIs, dashboards, and reporting so we can track service performance clearly.
  • Identify opportunities to automate delivery processes and improve data quality.
  • Promote adoption of AI and analytics capabilities within delivery operations.
  • Serve as primary operational contact for key ITAM delivery clients and as an escalation point for client or partner delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and accountability.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years experience leading and managing ITAM or technology-enabled programmes in consulting or managed services across a diverse portfolio of clients and services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Software Asset Management & IT Asset Management standards or frameworks (e.g. ISO 19770-X).
  • Strong background in service delivery governance, process optimisation, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with automation, analytics, and operational transformation in ITAM or related services.
  • Familiarity with leading market SAM & ITAM Technology platforms (ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (SAM Pro, HAM Pro) and Flexera (Flexera One) platforms.
  • Any of the following certifications are highly regarded: Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
  • Experience and awareness of Green IT and FinOps beneficial.
