We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Practice Manager to lead our team into its next phase of growth. Having successfully established our foundations, we are now looking for a leader who understands that a thriving dental practice is built on the strength of its people. The ideal candidate will be a Culture Architect, someone who not only understands the mechanics of a successful business but is deeply committed to nurturing, mentoring, and developing every member of the team to reach their full potential.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop our team by taking full responsibility for people management — from recruitment and training to performance, wellbeing, and creating a culture where everyone can thrive.
- Act as a coach to the nursing, administrative, and clinical support teams, identifying individual strengths and areas for growth.
- Build a supportive, high-trust environment where staff feel safe to innovate, learn from mistakes, and thrive.
- Implement structured 1:1s and personal development plans (PDPs) that align staff aspirations with the practice’s goals.
- Handle team dynamics with high emotional intelligence, ensuring a harmonious and collaborative "one-team" atmosphere.
- Champion excellence across the practice by working closely with the Practice Partner to ensure we not only meet, but exceed, all regulatory and safety standards (including CQC, NHS, and Health & Safety).
- Take ownership of the practice’s financial integrity by overseeing all banking processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and smooth management of NHS claims through practice systems.
- Be a driving force behind outstanding patient care, shaping a seamless and personalised journey that consistently delights and exceeds expectations.
- Play a key role in the day-to-day success of the practice, proactively supporting all aspects of operations to keep everything running efficiently and effectively.
