The Highgate Team is looking for a professional and welcoming part-time Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, ensuring every patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors or pick up the phone.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who wants to be a key part of the Angle House success story. Our clinicians and nurses rely on our Receptionists to manage the heartbeat of the practice, balancing administrative excellence with fantastic customer service. In this role, you’ll manage the front-of-house experience: greeting patients, coordinating busy schedules, and ensuring the patient journey is seamless and stress-free. This role is part-time, 3 days a week (09:00-17:00).

Your Main Duties:
- Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in process, and provide a helpful point of contact for all queries.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage daily cashing up and banking procedures.
