Angle Recruitment are supporting a marine services company, in the search for a Compliance Director.

This is the senior compliance seat, owning the group's Integrated Management System end to end and holding the certifications that let the business operate.

ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and the security standards that matter in this world, ISO 18788 and ISO 28007.

You set the framework, run the audits, manage the certification bodies, and build the compliance culture across operations, commercial and the boardroom.

We are after an experienced compliance leader who has run an IMS in a maritime, security or marine services setting.

Someone comfortable leading internal and external audits, fluent in risk and corporate compliance, and able to hold their own with senior stakeholders while working largely on their own initiative.

Knowledge of ISO 18788 or 28007 is a real advantage, though the right person can build it quickly.

Based in Limassol or London, on-site.
