We are looking for a motivated Trainee Dental Nurse who wants to be part of the Angle House Edmonton success story. You’ll work closely with our clinical team, supporting patient care and assisting with a range of procedures while developing the skills and knowledge required to qualify as a Dental Nurse. Our team will guide you throughout your training, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way. As we are a specialist orthodontic practice, you will gain valuable exposure to orthodontics. To complete your Record of Experience (RoE), you may also be required to travel to other practice locations to gain a broader range of clinical experience.

Key duties
- Support the clinical team with chairside assistance during dental procedures (within trainee scope)
- Maintain clean, safe, and sterile clinical environments in line with health and safety regulations
- Assist with patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
- Prepare and manage instruments, materials, and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records as directed
- Support stock control and general practice organisation
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice
- Participate in training and development to successfully complete your qualification
Requirements
- Enrolled on or willing to enrol onto a Dental Nursing course
- Strong interest in starting a career in dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude
- Flexibility to travel to other locations if required for training (RoE completion)
