Our busy, friendly orthodontic practice is dedicated to giving patients the best smiles and the best experience. We're looking for a Practice Manager who can keep the practice running smoothly, keep the team happy, and have patients smiling from the moment they walk in.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the practice.
- Support the practice partner in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Line‑manage all employees, including motivation, objective setting, training, recruitment and performance management.
- Handle all banking procedures, deposits, payments, checking bank statements and NHS claims.
- Provide best care to patients, ensuring their journey aligns with their needs and expectations.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dental or medical practice management.
- Orthodontic experience is a huge bonus.
- Excellent communication skills – friendly, calm under pressure, excellent rapport builder.
- Ability to tackle challenges with a constructive, can‑do spirit.
- Confidence in people‑management, setting clear practice goals, coaching and developing staff, fostering a positive high‑performing team.
- Comfortable with practice management software (DoIT).
