We’re looking for a Sales Agent & Account Manager to join our fast-growing, fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level / senior, driven individual who thrives in sales and client-facing roles. You’ll be working directly with startup founders, helping them navigate our investor matchmaking platform, and driving revenue through consultative sales and account growth.

Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development
- Qualify and engage inbound leads from startup founders interested in raising capital.
- Conduct discovery calls and clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Convert leads into paid customers, hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for paying clients, ensuring their success on our platform.
- Build strong relationships with founders, understand their fundraising needs, and suggest tailored solutions.
- Monitor client activity, ensuring maximum value and high satisfaction.
- Proactively upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with our marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reporting.
- 3+ years in B2B sales or account management (SaaS, startups, or fundraising experience preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales quotas.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, fundraising processes, or investor relations is a must.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Salary: $3,000/month + 20% commission on sales.
- A high performer can exceed $90,000.
- Equity package available (typically 1%–5% depending on experience and long-term contribution).
