Angels Partners is a curated matchmaking platform connecting early-stage startups with top-tier investors. We work with hundreds of founders across the US and Europe, helping them connect with thousands of high-profile venture capitalists, angels, and family offices. We’re looking for a Sales Agent & Account Manager to join our fast-growing, fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level / senior, driven individual who thrives in sales and client-facing roles. You’ll be working directly with startup founders, helping them navigate our investor matchmaking platform, and driving revenue through consultative sales and account growth.

- Sales & Business Development
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
- Account Management
- Proactively upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate.
- Work closely with our marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and client experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reporting.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales or account management (SaaS, startups, or fundraising experience preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales quotas.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $3,000/month + 20% commission on sales.
- Equity package available (typically 1%–5% depending on experience and long-term contribution).
