We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our Angels kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, highly organised, and capable of running a busy kitchen to the highest standards.
What you’ll do:

Direct all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.

Maintain kitchen equipment as required.

Supervise chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive team environment.

Resolve any issues as they arise to maintain smooth foodservice operations.

Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure efficiency at all times.

Plan menus based on ingredient availability and costings.

Ensure all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.

Inspect raw and cooked food to guarantee the highest quality.

Collaborate with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and operations team to achieve the establishment’s goals.
What you bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Experience managing teams within a busy kitchen environment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
