We are looking for a special person to join our very friendly team of female carers as a Home Care Assistant. If you feel like you could make a difference to someone's life then we would like to hear from you. Experience is desirable but not essential as we will provide you with full training and support with the option to gain extra qualifications.

We offer daytime, evening and weekend work, paid holiday, pension and a mileage allowance. Hours of work are 6.45am start and/or 9.30pm finish. Please note that this is NOT a Monday to Friday job, nor is it term time only.

Responsibilities of our Home Care Assistant:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
  • Utilize IT skills to manage scheduling and documentation efficiently.
  • Foster a supportive and respectful environment for clients, enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications for Home Care Assistant:

  • Valid driving licence.
  • Experience in home care or care home settings.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans.
  • Proficient in IT and communication skills.
  • Strong command of English for effective interaction with clients and families.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanour to provide high-quality support to clients.

Home Care Assistant Remuneration and Benefits:
