Encourage, enable and motivate your room team and the children in your care. Assist in observations of childrens development, create and deliver a varied routine to inspire and teach the children. Record and maintain appropriate paper work. Build a good relationships with staff and parents so you can all work as a team. Be flexible, caring and fun with common sense in abundance
