National Literacy Trust is seeking a Director of Development to lead the fundraising function, drive income growth and build strategic partnerships across corporate, trusts and major donors. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Senior Management Team, with responsibility for developing ambitious fundraising plans and expanding unrestricted income.
You will oversee a portfolio of supporters, identify new funding opportunities, and shape sustainable strategies to increase impact in literacy.
