The Smallpeice Trust is seeking a Partnerships Manager to join their ambitious Business Development team. This role is based in Leamington Spa with hybrid working (40-60% office-based) and reports to the Head of Partnerships. The salary is £42,000 per annum.
You will drive growth by identifying and securing new strategic partnerships while managing existing supporters, partnering across marketing, programme delivery and impact to create meaningful outcomes for young people.
