Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the church office and provide administrative support to the wider team.

- Conduct a full review of office systems, processes and procedures; create clear documentation and establish best practices.
- Support the implementation of new systems; manage invoices and records; create clear guidance documents.
- Review, repair and improve office processes and administrative procedures; provide practical solutions and ownership of improvements.
- Work autonomously, make decisions, and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and the wider community; maintain strong communications.

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role; track record of shaping and improving office functions.
