Charity People is delighted to be partnering with RIBA North. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to join RIBA's learning team on a 3-month temporary basis during this busy period. You will be supporting the migration to a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), playing a pivotal role in ensuring learning content is accurately transferred, tested, and maintained, while also supporting the delivery of high-quality digital learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration of learning content into a new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
- Build courses and learning pathways within Brightspace
- Upload, organise and maintain learning materials, multimedia content and supporting resources
- Conduct quality assurance checks on migrated courses, identifying and reporting issues
- Maintain migration trackers and support user acceptance testing activities
- Create and maintain courses, catalogues and learner enrolments
- Create product listing pages and configure associated learning products
- Maintain course information, schedules and learning assets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure learning content is published accurately and on schedule
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning administration processes and systems
About You:
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar digital platform
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable Experience:
- Experience using Brightspace or another VLE/LMS platform
- Experience creating or maintaining online learning courses
- Experience uploading and managing digital learning assets and multimedia content
- Experience working within learning and development, education, training or membership organisations
