- Identifying and resolving data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies
- Creating migration datasets, reconciliation reports, and validation processes

- Providing technical guidance and quality assurance support to colleagues and stakeholders
- Supporting migration cutover planning and execution
You will bring:
- Significant experience using SQL for complex data extraction and selection activities
- Strong expertise in data migration principles, methodologies, and best practice
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale cross-system data mappings
- A track record of leading data cleansing, standardisation, and transformation activities
- Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally within the not-for-profit sector
- Knowledge of payment processing, including Direct Debits and Gift Aid
Desirable experience includes Salesforce for Nonprofits, FinDock, Agile delivery environments and recognised data migration certifications. This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with meaningful purpose, ensuring that the data underpinning Amnesty's work is accurate, accessible, and ready to support their next generation CRM platform. You will be a data professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving data quality, and delivering successful migration outcomes in challenging environments.
