Job Summary

We have multiple vacancies for the following,

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, 07:00 - 22:00 Week 1

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 07:00 - 22:00 Week 2

Above shifts can be split to 07:00 - 14:30 and or 14:30 - 22:00

You must have a full UK drivers Licence and a vehicle for work purposes.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings, including care homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by supporting their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client\'s needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as required to ensure client safety.
  • Monitor clients\' health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members.
  • Support clients with dementia care and behaviour management techniques as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing or patient care is preferred.
  • Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Experience with dementia care and behaviour management is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
