Our innovative client based in Oxford are looking for a proactive, organised Junior Account Manager to join their growing medical communications team. You’ll support the delivery of high‑quality scientific projects, help manage day‑to‑day client work, and start taking ownership of smaller projects with increasing independence.
What you’ll do:
- Support and manage projects such as publications, slide decks, infographics and event logistics
- Maintain schedules, budgets and project status reports
- Organise client / internal meetings and produce accurate summaries
- Communicate confidently with clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Track project costs and support forecasting and invoicing
- Contribute to new business research
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
The successful candidate will have:
- 18+ months experience in a medcomms agency (Account Executive or similar)
- Ideally a science degree (2 : 1+)
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions‑focused and adaptable
- Confident in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
