We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality, proactive support to senior leaders. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and confidence managing complex diaries, international travel, and sensitive documentation. You will work as part of a centralised EA team (five EAs in total), collaborating closely to ensure seamless coverage and consistent standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive-level diary, inbox, and meeting management
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating complex meetings and international travel
- Preparing and handling confidential documents and correspondence
- Providing team cover, expense processing, and general administrative support
About You:
- Proven Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial or professional services
- Strong diary and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
