This is a hybrid role between the office and home. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of High Wycombe, Bucks. This role would suit a graduate with up to 2 years of sales, customer service or account development experience. The salary is competitive and comes with an annual bonus.
Responsibilities:
- You will be part of a team of highly-motivated professionals, each paired with a field-based Account Manager and tasked with growing existing customer accounts and acquiring new ones by providing outstanding sales support in a defined area of the UK.
- Supported by an extensive network of specialists within the company and its world-class suppliers, the core role involves client relationship building, sales order processing and administration, co-ordinating supply chain logistics and providing technical support for a wide range of customers involved in the processing of plastic raw materials.
Training & Development:
You will receive a personalised training and development programme designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in the role, covering our products, business systems and processes. As you develop your skill set and a wider appreciation of the plastics industry, there is scope for significant additional responsibilities and some international travel, as well as opportunities to progress into field sales, technical or product management roles.
Hybrid Working Hours:
Hybrid working hours (3 days in office).

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive, 'can do' attitude. They should be highly organised and motivated, able to act on their own initiative to solve problems and have the ability to quickly learn a large and constantly-evolving product range. They should be comfortable with accepting responsibility early in their career (with support), and willing to put in extra effort to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
A degree or equivalent qualification is the minimum requirement. A confident telephone manner and strong computer skills are essential. Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment would be a distinct advantage.
