We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the organisation by:
- Managing a portfolio of clients undertaking all HR casework.
- Offering clear, accurate, generalist advice to all levels within clients' organisational structure.
- Driving continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing HR initiatives that support our clients in achieving their company goals.
- Influencing positive outcomes by developing successful outcomes and maintaining effective client relationships.
This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR practices and systems.
Day to day duties:
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to management and staff.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews using ATS systems.
- Utilise HRIS platform to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification - minimum of level 5.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
