Arcadia Trust Group is a multi-disciplinary practice which specialises in trusts and probates. We operate through three strands Arcadia Legal, Arcadia Tax & Accounts, and Arcadia Trust Company. Our clients include corporates (charities, financial advisors, solicitors, and accountants) and private clients.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our clients. This will include collecting and verifying client information, facilitating new file openings, updating internal databases and conducting essential anti-money laundering checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough compliance checks in line with regulatory requirements, and complete accurate risk assessments
- Collect and verify client identification documents, ensuring up to date records are maintained across all internal databases
- Collaborate effectively with the Legal and Accountancy teams to coordinate the onboarding process, provide timely updates, and inform the relevant fee earner of any potential risks identified
- Stay informed about the latest industry guidance to ensure processes remain efficient and compliant
- Assist with banking responsibilities where required, setting up payments to clients, processing invoices, and assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy in work, with a close attention to detail
- Previous office experience is desirable. No direct experience in compliance work is necessary for this role, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
