Our client is a fast-growing, tech-led energy business operating in a SaaS based environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a business that is growing quickly and values efficiency, autonomy and getting things done. This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and delivering accurate payroll in a fast-paced setting. This role is 3 days Part Time and fully remote - you must be based near London or Bristol.
The Role
- Managing end-to-end payroll for approximately 700 employees
- Processing a mix of PAYE staff and contractors
- Ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered on time
- Working closely with finance and internal teams where needed
- Taking full ownership of payroll processes with minimal supervision

- Experienced in payroll and confident managing high-volume processing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Calm, efficient and able to deliver to deadlines
