Boutique Investment Firm | West End

Our client, a boutique Investment Management firm of 26 staff based in the West End of London, is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Team PA to join their close-knit team. Reporting into a supportive Business Services Manager, this varied role will see you ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing proactive PA support to the highly regarded Investment team. The offices are newly refurbished with a calm, sleek feel and offer a genuinely positive working environment.

The Role

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Acting as the main point of contact for operational and administrative queries
  • Liaising with building management, suppliers and contractors
  • Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating client hospitality
  • Managing deliveries, office supplies and the office inbox
  • PA support to the Investment team (10) and ad hoc support to the CFO, COO and Legal Counsel
  • Complex diary management and meeting coordination
  • Arranging UK and occasional international travel
  • Processing expenses and coordinating invoices
  • Supporting internal events, team lunches and company socials
  • Assisting with compliance, health & safety and general office administration

About You

  • 3–5+ years’ Office Manager and/or PA experience
  • Ideally from a boutique finance or professional services environment
  • Highly organised, proactive and happy to work autonomously
  • Professional, personable and comfortable being front of house
  • Flexible, hands-on and a strong team player
