We are currently looking for a Support Coordinator temp with a Life Science degree. This role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working. Our client is a well-known international Medical Communications company which focuses on AI solutions. This company offers a social environment with a positive working culture. This position is for three months temping and could be extended. This role is paying £17 per hour.
The role:
- Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients
- Understanding client’s key messages and positioning
- Building strong working relationships with our clients
- Contributing to proposals for our clients and articulating the strategy
- Attending appropriate client meetings, ensuring they build confidence in the service
The person:
- Experience within an account management, partnership-focused role/customer care
- Experience in building strong client partnerships
- Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry is advantageous – can be gained through a degree
- Willingness to go above and beyond
