We are currently looking for a temp Receptionist to join a Finance firm located in the West End. This hours are 8-5.30 and will be paying £15 – £19 hour. This a varied role including diary management so corporate Admin and Reception experience is needed. The role – Answering switchboard, directing calls, taking messages where necessary – Hospitality arrangements for meetings. Replenishment/reset of meeting rooms and ad-hoc support with larger events – Support to UK staff to include travel booking, diary management across multiple time zones – Assisting the Social Committee – Ordering of stationary and general office supplies including towels for the washroom area – Ad hoc Admin duties …
