Prestigious private equity firm based in Dubai is seeking a Team Assistant to assist a team of fifteen in Central Dubai. Key duties will be organising complex international travel on a worldwide basis.
Tasks will also include managing diaries, booking meeting rooms, organising company wide events, scheduling interviews as well as expenses management and hotel bookings.
The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai or able to re-locate at short notice and have several years experience as a Team Assistant supporting a team within financial services.
