A busy and collaborative business is seeking a proactive Team Assistant to join them on an ongoing temporary basis with potential to become permanent. Based in a professional office environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive, hands-on attitude who enjoys variety and being at the centre of a team.

The Role

  • Answering calls and meeting/greeting visitors
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and office set-up
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Organising travel, conferences and accommodation
  • Supporting with presentations and team administration
  • Assisting with mailshots and communications
  • Booking taxis, restaurants and couriers
  • Providing day-to-day support across the wider team
