Are you seeking a part-time role in Private Equity in the West End? A fabulous opportunity has arisen to work as an Admin Assistant in a job share role. You will work alongside another Assistant who is returning from maternity leave. You will work 2 days a week in the office, Monday and Tuesday, either working 8:30 am - 9:30 am or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will have EA experience in finance and enjoy working in a fast-paced international team environment. Duties include diary management, calendar management, as well as organizing worldwide travel. You will work closely with the EA teams both in the UK, US, and European offices.

You will have a can-do attitude with excellent administrative skills, a confident personality, and the ability to work as part of a team! The company offers excellent benefits and a friendly working environment.
