We’re looking for a bright, energetic Receptionist to join a professional, office-based team on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential to go permanent.
The Role
- Meet and greet visitors, creating a welcoming first impression
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures
- Coordinate lunches for meetings and events
- Manage shared mailboxes and post
- Support workplace health & safety and emergency procedures
- Provide ad hoc support to senior EAs and the Office Manager (including assisting with travel bookings)
About You
- Previous front-of-house or reception experience preferred
- Friendly, bubbly, and professional with strong communication skills
- Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
- Able to multitask and work in a “heads-down” office environment
- Eager to learn, proactive, and happy to take on additional tasks

- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (office-based)
- Some flexibility required for early starts or late finishes (infrequent)
