A private Bank in the West End urgently seeks a Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming and greeting clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests
  • Checking all identification from visitors and guests
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms and breakfast/lunches and events are organised and ready
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls in a timely fashion

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have previous receptionist experience gained from financial services/Blue Chip companies
  • Experience of room bookings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Be a Team Player
  • Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook

Will be 5 days in the office.
