This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely alongside the Director to ensure seamless operations day-to-day. You will be in a dynamic environment, providing comprehensive support and operational oversight at this small, family-run property investment business. As PA, you will be the centre point of contact for business operations, providing cross-collaboration across departments and handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations and Business Support β monitoring deadlines, providing support to other departments, overseeing administration within these departments and ensuring day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Property Management β liaising with tenants and the in-house maintenance team, ensuring compliance with property regulations and legal requirements.
- Land and Property Acquisitions β researching new opportunities and acquisitions whilst maintaining records of property investments and land acquisitions with accuracy.
- Diary and Administration β inbox and diary management, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining filing systems, both digital and paper.
Candidate Profile
- Previous PA/EA/Operations role experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems
- Proactive, loves to problem solve
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle information with discretion
