We are currently looking for a part time Credit Controller to join a corporate firm based in Westminster. This role is working and will be in the office three days with hybrid options available later on. The salary will be 21k pro rata and will require a minimum of two years experience. This position is for a corporate office and includes benefits such as pension and flexibility. This role is a small office environment so would suit someone who is used to that environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage and reduce debtor balances across all departments.
- Contact clients and external parties regarding overdue accounts in a professional and sensitive manner.
- Issue reminders, statements, and final notices in line with company credit control policies.
- Escalate unresolved debts to legal proceedings when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
- Provide monthly debtor reports to finance manager, highlighting risks and recommending actions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve disputes and queries.
- Contribute to process improvements to strengthen the company’s credit control.
