This boutique property Investment business is looking for a pro‑active , highly organised PA to support the Director as well as ensuring the day‑to‑day running of the business. Based in Battersea.
The role is a varied one and requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining diaries
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting in the day‑to‑day running of the business
- Liaising with external suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Dealing with HR administration – conducting hiring processes, maintaining HR documentation
- Overseeing property management for a handful of properties
- Monitoring tenancy agreements
Ideal Candidate
- Previous PA, EA or Operations role experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
