We are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator to join a Corporate firm based in Hammersmith. This is an ongoing temp position and is paying 35-40k depending on experience. It is essential that applicants are partly qualified as an Accountant and have a strong understanding of financial reporting, VAT returns, and expense tracking.

The role includes:

  • Working with our outsourced finance provider in their bookkeeping responsibilities, including posting journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and VAT payments.
  • Supporting month end and year end closing processes.
  • Managing the financial mailbox and responding to queries promptly.
  • Building relationships with client procurement teams to resolve any debtor queries.
