This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised, self-motivated, and enjoys working independently in a quiet, focused, heads-down environment.
Approximately 70% of the position is dedicated to extensive academic and market research, identifying and sourcing senior investment professionals globally, particularly Chief Investment Officers (CIOs), using LinkedIn, specialist databases and other research tools. This is a highly research-intensive role requiring patience, persistence, and the ability to undertake repetitive sourcing and information gathering with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
The remaining 30% of the role involves supporting a Senior Assistant with diary management for two Directors, including the Founder, coordinating international meetings across multiple time zones, organising global travel and accommodation, preparing itineraries, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administrative support. Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence communicating with senior-level professionals are essential.
In return, the firm offers a salary of up to £35k annual discretionary bonus, an exceptional 7 weeks' holiday allowance, beautiful City offices, and hybrid working of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home initially, with greater flexibility available following training. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
