A boutique finance service client is looking for a team assistant and office coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Located in the heart of the city, the job looks for someone who is ready to jump into a professional working environment, looking after multiple amenities with confidence.
Job roles range from front of house client greeting, office management, and IT assistance with a chance to support minor projects and assist with events that require occasional flexibility to support these outside standard office hours opportunities. The individual should be prepared to work a minimum of 4 days per week in office and be prepared to provide support to the CEO during annual leave or absence of the EA.
Key Responsibilities:- A key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders
- Ability to take minutes, prepare agendas, arrange meeting coordination and travel arrangements as needed
- Professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Manage refreshments and catering for internal and external meetings
- Oversee general management of the office - managing office supplies, stock checks, liaising with suppliers and managing post and deliveries
- Ability to prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation
- Act as first-line support for basic IT and technology queries and be prepared to resolve any major issues externally
- Confident in Microsoft Office and business systems and comfortable providing IT support
- Exposure to financial services and investment environments
This is an office based role in the City of London office. Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
