A boutique finance service client is looking for a team assistant and office coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Located in the heart of the city, the job looks for someone who is ready to jump into a professional, working environment, looking after multiple amenities with confidence.

Job roles range from: front of house client greeting, office management, and IT assistance with a chance to support minor projects and assist with events that require occasional flexibility to support these outside standard office hours opportunities.

The individual should be prepared to work a minimum of 4 days per week in office and be prepared to provide support to the CEO during annual leave or absence of the EA.

Key Responsibilities

  • A key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ability to take minutes, prepare agendas, arrange meeting coordination and travel arrangements as needed
  • Professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Manage refreshments and catering for internal and external meetings
  • Oversee general management of the office – managing office supplies, stock checks, liaising with suppliers and managing post and deliveries.
  • Ability to prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation.
  • Act as first-line support for basic IT and technology queries and be prepared to resolve any major issues externally.

About You

  • Confident in Microsoft Office and business systems and comfortable providing IT support.
  • Exposure to financial services and investment environments.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be professional and confident in communication with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
  • Monday to Friday, 9-6pm 5 days office based
