We’re looking for a highly organised and personable Recruitment Coordinator to support a period of rapid growth across the UK. With multiple roles live at any one time, this is a fast-paced role requiring strong coordination skills, tenacity, and a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.

The Role:

  • Liaise with recruitment consultants on CV delivery and candidate shortlists
  • Support hiring managers with interview selection
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end (scheduling, room bookings, meet & greet)
  • Gather, record, and communicate interview feedback
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers in Excel
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and ensure all paperwork is completed
  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and pre-start arrangements
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Produce weekly recruitment metrics and updates for HR leadership
