Spanish speaking PA/Office Manager required for Services Provider in West London. You will be providing 1.1 support to the Spanish speaking Director as well as all office management for the office. Duties will include diary and travel arrangements with 10% organising personal appointments. You will also be responsible for the running of the office, liaising with office suppliers, contractors and vendors.
The company offers an immediate start, working hours are 9-5pm with flexibility. The company also offers pension and healthcare benefits. An excellent opportunity to use your Spanish in an office environment.
