The Role- Providing administrative support to busy teams and senior staff
- Managing diaries, meeting bookings and calendars
- Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally
- Supporting reception and front-of-house duties where required
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports
- Updating systems, databases and spreadsheets
- Assisting with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks
- Must have work experience within a corporate office environment
- Graduate, secretarial qualification or equivalent experience
