Team Coordinator required in Executive Search for a fast-growing Fin-Tech start-up Executive search firm. You will be supporting the Consultants with the full search lifecycle which will include coordinating candidate and client scheduling across multiple time zones including preparing candidate reports and updates on projects.
Tasks will include coordination of business development activity including the scheduling of client meetings and preparing external client pitches. Responsibilities will also involve EA and diary support for the Partners including coordinating international travel for both candidates and consultants.
You will also support on internal and client-facing events including networking sessions and providing calendar management support. You will provide 1:1 support to a Senior Partner with EA support, and there will be support on international assignments sometimes out of hours.
The role offers a bonus, hybrid working, and the chance to work remotely in August. January start for the right candidate!
