The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Programme Director required to manage a customer services team of between 6-10 Administrators in this dynamic University. You will proactively plan yearly operations and staffing needs.

Duties will include:

  • Recruiting, training and developing staff.
  • Travel overseas a couple of times a year to partnering organisations in the US.
  • Plan and host visits from Partnering groups.
  • External and internal recruitment processes.
  • Energising and motivating the team on a daily basis.
  • Encouraging the team in their role and inspiring them to reach their KPI targets.
  • Arranging interviews and coaching your team.
  • Assisting with the placement of internship placements.

This role will start ideally by the end of March/April. The ideal candidate will have previous team leader experience and must have worked within an Educational environment. Experience of recruiting a team and interview confirmation is also preferred.

The position offers hybrid working ideally on a 4/1 basis with flexibility. This role has great benefits and you will enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced team environment with a super friendly and efficient management team.
