A private Bank in the West End urgently seeks a Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming and greeting clients and guests.
- Meeting and greeting clients and guests
- Checking all identification from visitors and guests
- Ensuring the meeting rooms and breakfast/lunches and events are organised and ready
- Answering and transferring telephone calls in a timely fashion
The ideal candidate:
- Will have previous receptionist experience gained from financial services/Blue Chip companies
- Experience of room bookings
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Be a Team Player
- Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook
Will be 5 days in the office.
